Blog of the week 12: Jay Cross

Our first Blog of the Week was Stephen Downes, who is speaking at Learning Technologies in January on Web 2.0, e-learning 2.0 and the new learning. Back then, when asked why we hadn’t featured Jay Cross as the first blog of the week, I replied that I thought everyone read it anyway.

I was probably wrong, for 3 reasons:

  1. Who knows what people read online?
  2. Jay has two blogs, and people might not know both.
  3. The man is opening the Learning Technologies Conference for goodness sake!

So, with Jay keynoting at Learning Technologies, I thought it was time to put things right.

Jay has two great blogs: Internettime and Informal Learning. Both are packed with thought-provoking stuff, which makes my normal job of searching them for the best postings difficult.

Jay has made this easier for me, however, by posting up his most popular pages for the past 12 months for both blogs:

Are the most popular pages necessarily the best? No, but the lists are a great introduction to both blogs.
